Even U.S. District Judge André Birotte Jr. has told MEC’s attorneys: “I don’t know why we’re here, other than you’re trying to crush this root beer company out of business.”

But Thunder Beast has steadfastly stood their ground refusing to yield to the absurd and petty trademark tyranny, even after paying over $65,000 in legal fees and selling equipment just to survive. Because Thunder Beast (a one person company) is closing in on winning 2 major victories in 2020 to set powerful precedents to stop MEC from so easily bullying other small businesses.
